Izzy is an indie-pendant lamp-making showcase from the city state of Singapore. It began as a nudging itch to do “something else” while I was adulting as a cubicle rat in the dark recesses of the Central Business District (CBD). 

With repurposing as the core, I buy neglected items from their owners and turn them into touch lamps. Typewriters, film cameras and even music metronomes are just some of the items I have upcycled.

While still residing in the corporate world, I continue to make lamps in the wee hours of the night when everyone is sleeping.
